Seasonal Stock Keeper - IBIZA - Luxury Store

On behalf of a luxury store in IBIZA, we are looking for a Seasonal Stock Keeper (June 2025 - October 2025).

The role will involve the following activities:

• Quality control of incoming goods
• Labelling and inventory management
• Recording delivered products in the warehouse management system
• Assigning goods to the respective reference warehouses
• Monitoring and checking deliveries with documents received from suppliers
• Monitoring warehouse stock levels and their replenishment, as well as issuing accompanying documents for the goods
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Coordinating with the sales team to fulfill stock requests promptly
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations
• Handling returns and damaged goods according to company procedures

Your profile should have:

• Experience in structured warehouses
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of English
