Job Description:

What we need:

1. Master´s degree, preferably PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine or similar
2. Good spoken and written English skills
3. Proven experience working in a microbiology laboratory setting
4. Immediate incorporation

Your responsibilities:

1. Primarily laboratory-based role, with occasional remote work and travelling
2. Conduct laboratory work to produce reproducible and accurate data for research, including routine and non-routine tasks, including analyzing all the data
3. Be responsible for maintaining the laboratory in top condition, ensuring proper upkeep of materials, equipment and data registries
4. Proactively follow, adapt, and create protocols to address the changing needs of projects
5. Writing research projects, establishing project requirements, objectives, research reference terms and making sure deadlines are met in a collaborative manner
6. Development of new products based on market needs and the advancement of state-of-the-art
7. Liaising with policy customers, external researchers, Competent Authorities and other interested parties
8. Writing/editing draft questionnaires, reports, conference presentations, speeches and scientific articles
9. Supervising, tutoring and acting as a mentor to junior/external researchers
10. Participate in the training of salesforces and speakers for customers, e.g. Deliver webinars and training conferences
11. Participate in scientific congresses and meetings to support diffusion of scientific documentation of the company’s products
12. Support Clinical Trials Manager(s) when required

1. Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
2. Adaptability and flexibility to modifications in project objectives and priorities
3. Scientific divulgation (written and oral) skills and reporting capabilities. Properly structuring writings and talks is important
4. Methodical, organized and meticulous practices
5. Working in a microbiology laboratory under sterile conditions
