Job Description:

1. Initiate and drive advisory boards, including identifying KOLs, budget, and event logistics
2. Analyze scientific literature and provide insights for market trends and objection handling
3. Gather, summarize, and make recommendations on key market trends for product management and R&D
4. Participate and represent the company in scientific committees
5. Facilitate knowledge sharing among different groups
6. Develop global medical and scientific collaborations
7. Drive advocacy through scientific congresses and evidence dissemination

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in life science, preferably microbiology, business, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
2. Equivalent work experience in industry preferred; MBA is also desirable.
3. Strong experience in commercial, technical sales marketing, product management, sales, and/or lab operations
4. Experience working with regulatory bodies
5. Experience with new product launches and working with commercial organizations
6. Experienced in working in a highly matrixed global organization
