SAP Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate SAP testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies and plans to optimize testing processes.
3. Utilize testing tools such as Jira, ALM, and modules like Xray or Zephyr for test case management and reporting.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff and business users, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
5. Mentor and manage team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrable experience in past SAP projects, with a focus on testing management.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Test Manager in relevant environments.
3. Proficient in testing tools, with a strong preference for Jira and its various modules.
4. Excellent soft skills for team management, facilitating collaboration among diverse groups.
5. Flexibility for a hybrid work environment, adhering to a schedule of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
