Job Description

Location - position open across Europe

We are seeking a result-driven SAP Technical Architect with experience in the S/4HANA Conversion area to be part of our SAP Smartfield organisation. You should have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience deploying SAP's technology portfolio for SAP Business Suite products (ECC, BW, etc.) and even more so for the new digital core with SAP S/4HANA. As part of our team, you must have working experience in leading technical implementations of SAP S/4HANA Suite on HANA or SAP HANA database as well as experience with S/4HANA roadmap and assessment activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead or support commercial activities related to S/4HANA Conversion / Implementations.
2. Lead or support solutioning required by Industry driven-proposals.
3. Determining technical needs via consultation, analysis, and targeted observations.
4. Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
5. Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
6. Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
7. Performing thorough documentation of SAP Technical Architecture areas like Landscape Design, Integration Architecture, or Migration concepts.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings updates.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills

1. SAP Technical Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Landscape Strategies.
2. Deep technical knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC.
3. Design, implement, and maintain SAP S/4HANA solutions (as well as SAP ECC solutions).
4. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a bridge between business and IT.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in conversion of ECC systems to S/4HANA Enterprise Management including pre-requisites, procedures, and challenges.
6. Ability to articulate value-add of innovation technologies (e.g., impact of technologies like IoT, ML, Big Data, etc. on a client architecture and business).
7. Knowledge of new SAP product portfolio (combination of S/4HANA and SAP SaaS solutions with regards to requirements gathering, design, integration, and implementation, etc.).
8. Prepare and deliver MS PowerPoint presentations to management, project leads, and other stakeholders up to C-Level.
9. Knowledge of SLO (System Landscape Optimization) tools and services.
10. Sales-ready and conversion cloud migration experience to AWS, GCP, and Azure (to translate Accenture's Cloud first strategy into client requirements).
