SAP SuccessFactors ECP Lead

Title : Payroll Lead – SAP HCM / Employee Central Payroll

Location : Spain, Remote (EU-based)

Employment Type : Permanent

Salary : up to 60,000 Euro's per annum

Focus on SAP is currently seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Payroll Lead with deep expertise in SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a specific focus on Spanish Payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and delivery of payroll-related client workshops
• Own the overall solution design, acting as a Solution Architect where required
• Provide functional and technical guidance on SAP HCM / Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams and junior consultants
• Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Deliver strategic advice on SAP SuccessFactors functional applications

Requirements :

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Payroll, including solution design and delivery
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP HCM
• Strong working knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and processes
• Proven experience in at least 3 full end-to-end payroll implementations
