We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing team in Madrid. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation and rollout of SuccessFactors across our global locations. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, configure the SuccessFactors system, and provide ongoing support. Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in SuccessFactors implementations across various global locations.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the SuccessFactors system.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business needs.
Develop and deliver training materials and end-user support.
Conduct system testing and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SuccessFactors system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices.
Contribute to the development of internal SuccessFactors knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementations.
Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
