Job Profile
The Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for designated solution or product segment. Primarily responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist is instrumental in sculpting and delivering unparalleled sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives. They will personalize materials, ensuring each presentation resonates with its audience. Through collaboration with VAT teams, they will attune to our customers' perspectives, intertwining their challenges with our solutions. They will curate and upkeep a sophisticated asset library, optimizing for volume and efficiency. Their role extends to enhancing RFx completions, ensuring proposals exude expertise, and overseeing smooth transitions post-sale.
A Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will lead webinars and align with Marketing and DG priorities. They will advise in APM - TPM, positioning themselves as an oracle in SAP's solutions/LoB portfolio, and craft content that underscores our unique selling propositions.
Their mastery over SAP offerings allows them to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, ensuring materials are compelling and strategically positioned.
