Espamob, a leading force in Erasmus projects in Barcelona, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Erasmus Project Coordinator to join our multicultural team in the 22 district of Barcelona. We're looking for a passionate individual to play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships and delivering impactful projects.
Your Role: A Hybrid Position Combining Business Development and Project Management
As an Erasmus Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and prospect new international educational institutions interested in Erasmus mobility opportunities. Maintain and grow an existing client portfolio. Present our services, negotiate agreements, and draft quotes and commercial contracts. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with our partners (clients). Build and maintain strategic alliances with European institutions.
Erasmus Project Management & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate Erasmus projects to ensure their success and partner/participant satisfaction. Coordinate with our Company Relations department for the organization of internship placements (Project Placement). Organize the logistical aspects of mobility programs (accommodation, language courses, cultural activities, transportation). Provide on-site support, including group welcome, initial internship support, and administrative/personalized follow-up. Collaborate with the Marketing department to create welcome packs. Client management, to respond to inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive experience for our internal and external clients.
Desired Profile:
Experience: 2/3 years of experience in project management and B2B relations. Experience in a similar role within the Erasmus field is a strong advantage.
Languages: Exceptional proficiency in English is essential. Spanish proficiency is highly recommended. Fluency or strong working knowledge of other European languages (German, Polish, Romanian, etc.) is a significant asset.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer service skills. Knowledge of the education sector and international mobility. Strong ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
What We Offer:
Permanent contract with a base salary of €24,000 performance-based commissions (with the opportunity to earn at least an additional €6,000 annually).
