PVA (Process Value Alignment) & Process Excellence Senior Manager
Location: Europe (Any)

Efficient process design is central to any ERP transformation. Process excellence is achieved by embracing a 3-way combination of process modelling, process automation and process analysis & mining. These factors can enable an outcome that targets the most value-added process improvements, quantifies and tracks adoption of the business outcomes, and ultimately promotes adoption and mitigates transition risks. You will play a key role in ensuring processes are tied to strategic objectives and that the processes are systematically managed through the implementation life cycle, helping to smooth and mitigate risk throughout the platform transformation with ensured value realization. We are seeking candidates who have expertise in these areas to join our delivery excellence team.

The role:

As a SAP PVA & Process Excellence Senior Manager, you'll often be required to:

• Own & communicate the end to end transformation & value story, participating in business case exploration & commercial alternatives.
• Help define client vision through an understanding of processes in scope, client requirements & key value drivers. Close collaboration with change management.
• Perform current state analysis to baseline key performance areas & identification of difficulties, inefficiencies, process variants. Guide process segmentation approach.
• Identify the value stream for process improvements and quantify & forecast value potential, including financial and operational critical metrics.
• As part of solution design, help define target state design and BPML inventory, create target state enterprise architecture, support Fit Gap analysis.
• Perform process mining led testing to analyse target processes prior to deployment. Validate and quantify identified improvement opportunities.
• Help define a process mining approach for post go-live process adoption rate monitoring.
• Define value realisation tracking and perform business case reviews. Support continuous improvement identification and assessment.
• Work with Project Management Office Value Office.

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Extensive SAP PVA & Process Excellence experience with strong value focus.
• Experience from large SAP transformations. Understanding of IT programs and delivery methodologies.
• Business Process Modelling & Mining with tools like SAP Signavio, Celonis, Aris.
• Brings an industry lens and/or SAP functional expertise.
• Good stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth Knowledge of Value Realisation approaches.
• Cross functional understanding of the business and value chain.
