Job Title : Senior SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant (Freelance)

Location : Fully Remote (Occasional Client Visit in Spain)

Contract Length : 12 Months (Extendable)

Start Date : April 2025

Role Overview :

We are seeking two experienced Senior SAP Spanish Payroll Consultants to join a long-term SAP payroll implementation project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading organization, supporting payroll processes and system optimization. The role is fully remote , with occasional travel to Spain (2-3 days per year) for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support SAP Spanish Payroll implementations .
• Configure and customize SAP Payroll solutions to align with business requirements.
• Work closely with internal and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide expertise in payroll processes, compliance, and best practices .
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Spanish Payroll .
• Strong understanding of Spanish payroll regulations and compliance .
• High proficiency in both Spanish and English .
• Must be based in Spain or Europe .
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with occasional travel for client visits.
