Your Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for the full business & recruitment process.
• Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
• Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Understand your clients’ needs and challenges to be a referral along the process.
• Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implementing the best way to screen candidates’ CVs (sourcing, events, synergies, communities…).
• Get in touch and qualify your candidates (conducting interviews) to support them in their job search; you will act as a real coach.
• Manage and organize candidates / clients’ meetings.
• Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solution.
• Build trustworthy and strong relationships with your business partners to advise, influence, and impact recruiting success.
• Be a real leverage for your candidates’ career plans, building social and trust relationships.
• Governance : manage your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business.
• Be part of the team by sharing your results and ideas to optimize the process and organization.

This is you :

• An open-minded and sociable person eager to participate in a challenging project by being rigorous and persistent.
• You have experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup (this is not a must).
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast and challenging environment.
• International : fluent in English and Spanish.
• Interest in technology and innovation, being proactive in discovering and learning new competencies.
• You are a methodical and organized person, demonstrating the ability to multitask in an innovative environment.
• Able to prioritize and respect deadlines.
• Resolute and persuasive, able to understand the aspirations and motivations of your interlocutors.
• Willing to be part of the best team!
