SAP Functional Analyst (Production planning & Execution)

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Develop standardized processes & procedures of production planning and cross-functional business processes in detail.
• Have expert knowledge in advanced production processes & industry best practices.
• Analyze assigned processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, and global harmonization/standardization aspects.
• Cooperate with process stakeholders, especially functional teams on current processes, process improvements, or new processes to be developed.
• Act as the first contact for change requirements from a business perspective.
• Work closely with internal IT, system integrators (SI), and functional experts to ensure achievement of standardization and harmonization targets.
• Identify pain points and improvement opportunities in assigned processes, prioritizing demand within the given budget.
• Own the maintenance of pragmatic process maps & documentation.
• Provide process leadership, organize training, and ensure knowledge transfer to process owners, managers, key users, & end users.
• Execute testing (of updates/improvements) in coordination with responsible key users, and monitor the maturity level of processes.
• Ensure compliance with architecture guardrails jointly with the Global IT functional expert.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 5+ years in SAP Production Planning with multiple implementation experiences.
• Integration knowledge with manufacturing execution systems (MES) applications is a plus.
• Deep understanding of process & systems transformation knowledge.
• Strong analytical & hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of extended IT platforms.
• Willingness to travel (30% estimate).
