Now we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our diverse recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling Mid to Senior level positions (mostly developers). You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Perform direct searches by applying various sourcing approaches to identify and attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and their requirements; software development process and how the software development company works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
