Sap Change Manager - Remote

• Organisational Change Management Specialist - 12 months + ext.
• Remote *** On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost completely remote with some potential occasional travel on-site within Europe. You will be joining an OCM technology team and be involved in multiple projects, ranging from a new SAP S/4HANA implementation across other ERP projects.

You will be responsible for implementing and executing change templates.

Specific skills/experience required:

1. 8+ years specific Organisational Change Management experience.
2. 4+ years experience managing change for ERP/SAP implementations.
3. Strong experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
4. Strong supply chain, manufacturing or commercial environment experience.
5. Strong experience managing change in a multicultural environment.
6. Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
7. Able to join within 4 weeks.
8. Candidates HAVE to be based in Europe.
