We are looking for a talented UX Specialist to join our growing team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the user experience (UX) aspects related to the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) of our vehicles. This position requires a strong understanding of UX principles, research, prototyping and the ability to coordinate and review tasks in collaboration with external suppliers and internal teams.

You will be part of the Fail Fast team, a digital studio with more than 85 multidisciplinary profiles that improve products, services and brands every day through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying yourself in multiple specialties. All of this, in offices located in Barcelona, very close to the beach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate the HMI of other automotive brands, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed wireframes for specific vehicle functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centric approach to design.
• Create high fidelity prototypes with Figma or Protopie.
• Review and manage bugs reported in JIRA, ensuring that issues align with the wireframes and the overall UX design.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong project management skills, with familiarity in using tools like JIRA.
• Wireframing and prototyping experience using Figma or Protopie.
• Familiarity with automotive HMI or similar systems is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Programming scripting for automation and validation purposes is highly valued.
