Experienced Sales Professional – Real Estate Tech (Freelance Contract)

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join our team at, an exclusive real estate tech provider launching soon. This role is suited for proactive individuals who thrive in a competitive sales environment and are comfortable working on a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both warm and cold outreach to potential clients.
  • Identify and proactively approach new business opportunities.
  • Sell subscription-based services to real estate professionals and property developers.
  • Engage with high-performing professionals and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience dealing with high-performing professionals and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to confidently approach both property developers and real estate professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (advantageous).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).
  • Comfortable with commission-based earnings – do not apply if you are not comfortable working on commission.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Access to your own equipment (laptop, internet, phone).

Training & Start Date:

  • Training begins on April 7th, 2025, and runs for 3 days.
  • Official start date: April 14th, 2025.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Freelance contract for the first 6 months, with the opportunity to transition to full employment based on performance.
  • Commission-based earnings – a percentage of the annual contract value.
  • Sales target: 1 converted sale per working day.
  • Work your own hours, with a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week.
  • Commission payments begin 14 days after signing and are paid at the end of each month.
  • A virtual telephone system will be provided for outbound calls.
