Leidos Engineering, LLC, the implementer for Ameren Illinois' award-winning energy efficiency programs, seeks a Salesforce Support Developer.

The Salesforce Support Developer's primary responsibility is to support user productivity, security, and development of a custom designed Salesforce platform software. This position is in a mission-critical, highly integrated customer environment, often with aggressive deadlines.

This position will report directly to the IT Project Delivery Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide operational support for ongoing user issues and requests for custom application modifications for a wide variety of user constituents.
2. Analyze and translate requirements while working with a wide variety of user constituents.
3. Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging of developed custom applications with the Salesforce platform.
4. Assist in the management of Salesforce system platform security with best practice implementation.
5. Actively participate in regular team and client meetings to ensure program needs are being met for development and data security.
6. Capable of multitasking and working on several diverse tasks with simultaneous or near-simultaneous deadlines.

Required Education, Skills, Qualities and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in software development or related degree with two plus (2+) years of experience. Relevant experience in lieu of degree is considered.
2. 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development.
3. Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration, algorithms, and architecture.
4. Demonstrated skills in translating customer requirements and processes from a diverse, cross-functional set of systems users into technical specifications, documenting, and then working to develop outputs.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with good time management.
8. Ability to make unanticipated changes to production deliverables with short notice.
9. Demonstrated understanding of data security for confidential and protected data.

Desired Education, Skills, Qualities and Experience

1. Experience with creation/maintenance of complex Salesforce Lightning Flows.
2. Experience in configuration of Salesforce Experience Builder portals.
3. 2+ years JAVA or APEX.
4. Strong creative development skills.
5. Strong technical writing skills.
