Responsibilities :

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
2. Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
3. Monitor and evaluate clients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
4. Provide wound care, catheter care, and other medical interventions as required.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and personal support workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
6. Educate clients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of care provided.
8. Recognize and respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in clients' conditions.
9. Advocate for the well-being and rights of clients, promoting a patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements :

1. Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with (insert relevant nursing regulatory body).
