The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, your primary responsibilities include the administration, configuration, maintenance, and development of new objects and functionalities within the company's Salesforce product ecosystem.
Who We Are Looking For
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including:
- Managing and configuring Salesforce products, including roles, profiles, permissions, user management, data structures, and Lightning components
- Managing and optimizing Salesforce product licensing
- Creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, products, and data structures
- Creating Salesforce data dashboards and reports on demand
- Experience with the Service Cloud console and knowledge of DataLoader CLI
Additionally, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Experience in training users and developing training materials
- Familiarity with managing Milestones/Entitlements (SLAs), Approval rules, Knowledge, and Validation rules
Education, Language, and Other Requirements
- University degree or higher education in Informatics
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and App Builder
- Additional experience with APEX, ERP systems (preferably SAGE), Tableau, and Marketing Cloud
- Desirable: Programming knowledge using VSCode and GIT

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Manage the technical and administrative aspects of the company's Salesforce products
- Handle roles, profiles, rules, workflows, and user management for Salesforce products
- Perform data maintenance, loading, and extraction, as well as create dashboards and reports upon request
- Create and maintain new products, objects, and rules as needed by different departments
User Services
- Provide direct support to users in various markets
- Manage Salesforce licenses and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare training materials and provide training sessions for platform users
Innovation
- Enhance the user interface for improved usability
- Propose improvements for tool utilization and implementation
