We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will focus on supporting our sales operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sample shipments to clients, directing leads, and assisting with special projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and tradeshows leads.
  • Qualify opportunities to direct them to the relevant team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate product samples to clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Run reporting via our CRM to track KPIs.

Customer Account Management:

  • Provide day-to-day support to sales managers, including handling of inquiries, Salesforce tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and inside sales and operations.
  • Run special campaigns dedicated to existing customers.
  • Assist account managers in tracking leads and managing opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Special Projects:

  • Assist with ad hoc projects, including supporting new product launches, trade shows, and workshops.
  • Support in the translation of marketing assets or online content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Profile:

Education: University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: Experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Languages: Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish and other languages, is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions or experience in the fashion and footwear industry is a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and reducing single-use plastics.
