Who are we?

The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid. Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets. As a European hub, based in our new European Head office, we offer a rewarding package and the opportunity to work at one of Spain's premier employer brands.

Main responsibilities

  1. Support on new locations activation within the acquisition teams.
  2. Support clusters with Merchant Communication regarding processes, activations and data recollection.
  3. Collaborate gathering the Top signings/prospects and deck preparation.
  4. Lead prospecting based on geographical & industry criteria.
  5. Lead allocation in the acquisition teams.

Additional tasks

  1. Support updating the training calendar in the team repository.
  2. Hierarchy Management for client managers.
  3. Transfer opportunities within teams across several markets.
  4. Linking opportunities to SEs for activation reporting.
  5. Expand above tasks to other markets (support on BUR slides, searching for leads, etc).

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in English written and spoken.
  2. Ability to drive results and innovate on an ongoing basis.
  3. Good communication skills, strong relationship building and time management.
  4. Support Ad-hoc projects and drive continuous improvement projects across the team.
  5. Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Salesforce a bonus).
