The Sales Representative is responsible for the management and development of a portfolio of clients and/or the final user of the area. Responsible for the evaluation of the market situation and customers, planning orders, resolving issues that may arise according to business objectives, achieving profitability and payment goals. Manage all sales activities related to ensuring the timely and effective implementation of the defined objectives.

Work aimed at continuous improvement of customer relations, in sales and management, involving other departments in the process. Ensure effective management of customers in terms of coverage and frequency of visits based on the criteria established by GY.

Negotiate with the accounts of the area in collaboration with the Sales Manager, follow and analyze sales statistics, optimize sales forecasts, and set objectives according to the trade policy defined by the Company management to achieve results. Provinces managed: Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, and C.Real.

Manage Customer Relationships:

  1. Negotiate agreements with customers.
  2. Implement Marketing and commercial actions in the accounts of responsibility.
  3. Handle incidents and complaints from customers in collaboration with Customer Service to resolve and minimize them.
  4. Ensure on-time deliveries to customers in collaboration with Customer Service and Logistics.
  5. Manage full logistics, working with the department of the company, providing examples of day-to-day problems and their solutions.
  6. Determine action plans for commercial deviations, proposing actions to the Sales Manager to assist the development of the account.
  7. Responsible for planning and time management to ensure that each client receives the necessary visits for business development and achievement of objectives.
  8. Deliver the numbers: Achieve volume and profitability targets of the assigned accounts according to the business plan and budget.
  9. Implement the trade policy of the PBU in the accounts of responsibility.
  10. Establish goals per account, aligned with the AOP of the company.
  11. Implement actions to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in the short and long term.
  12. Make pricing decisions according to the legal policy of the company.
  13. Meet targets of coverage and frequency of visits.
  14. Contribute to PCP input.
  15. Implement promotional plans set by the company within the accounts of responsibility and develop actions focused on optimizing resources.
  16. Maximize distribution and promotion of launches of the current references portfolio/product.
  17. Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate implementation of agreements in promotion, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
  18. Provide market and competitive intelligence.
  19. Propose the inclusion and exclusion of references of our portfolio to better serve our customers.
  20. Provide information on market activity and competition.
  21. Support customer strategic planning activities.
  22. Make a follow-up of the income statement: sales, profitability, assortment, stocks, availability.
  23. Develop value propositions based on the needs of each client.
