David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French and Dutch speaking Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
  2. Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers.
  3. Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences.
  4. Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies.
  5. Focus on driving profitability and customer growth.
  6. Outbound calls to find new business and book meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.
  7. Ability to ask the right questions to identify customer needs.
  8. Demonstrate advance sales skills to break through in making contact with new prospects, profiling and cross selling and up selling, eventually closing on the phone.
  9. Create an ongoing funnel.
  10. Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline.
  11. Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
  12. Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up on potential business.
  13. Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding customer inquiries and requests.
  14. Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Native or fluent in French and Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Solid Sales Background (outbound environment).
  4. Achievement and goal oriented.
  5. Good computer skills.
  6. 1 Year Previous experience in Sales B2B.
  7. Previous experience working with channel is a plus.
  8. Motivated and self-starter.
