As a Sales Representative at Carbiz, you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strategic relationships within the Perth region. The objective is to effectively manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role:

  • Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of current clients through regular face-to-face and phone-based interactions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to client locations to build and strengthen relationships, ensuring a personal touch in client interactions.
  • Provide clients with information about our initiatives, procedures, and unique features.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback during face-to-face interactions for service improvements.
  • Log all activities, visits, and comments to maintain accurate business records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

About You:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude!).
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
  • Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
  • Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
