Position: Sales Representative

Location: North of Spain (Basque Country, Aragon, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria)

Responsibilities:

1. Educate Hospital Healthcare professionals to ensure take up of company products to optimize patient outcomes.
2. Create, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy and identify and act upon local opportunities.
3. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competitors.
4. Provide clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
5. Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.
6. Drive the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity and tender submission.
7. Forecast and analyse sales and market data to inform activity and ensure a focused and results driven return on time.
8. Use the CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.
9. Work closely with peers as well as with the wider team (marketing, clinical, IT) to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and best practice sharing.

What you will bring:

1. Degree level qualification or relevant Clinical background.
2. Successful and solid Healthcare Sales experience and knowledge of hospital dynamics, decision paths and capital funding mechanisms.
3. Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring and ability to negotiate complex sales.
4. Interpersonal skills and capacity to adapt to a variety of customer types.
5. Tenacity and creative attitude to succeed in a fast paced and changing environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
6. Resourceful IT user.
