Sales Planner in Barcelona

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Planner to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant office environment while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work. The position is available immediately and will run until November 14th, 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead vendor selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with vendor management needs.
• Identify and implement creative solutions to improve processes and address issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Oversee workforce management, service development, and training initiatives.
• Handle invoices, POs, and performance metrics, delivering regular business reviews.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in vendor management and project management.
• Strong consulting, business operations, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in vendor selection, onboarding, and end-to-end supplier management.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances.
