Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales Development: Generate new business opportunities and manage leads within the German market.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
3. Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences.
4. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for growth.
5. Content Creation: Support the development of marketing materials such as social media posts, email newsletters, and product content in German.
6. Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular performance updates to management.
7. Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility and recognition through online campaigns, SEO, social media, and other marketing channels.
8. Event Participation: Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows to build the brand's presence in the market (if applicable).
9. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet organizational goals.

Requirements :

1. Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (written and verbal).
2. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, etc.) and CRM software is a plus.
5. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
8. Knowledge of the German market and customer behavior is an advantage.
