We are seeking a passionate and analytical CRM & Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving our company's growth by leveraging insightful data analysis and developing targeted optimisation strategies to maximise customer conversion and engagement rates, whilst seamlessly aligning with our company’s mission: making life easier for travelers.

In this position, you’ll be part of the marketing team, with a main focus on marketing strategies and analytics. You’ll also work closely with the CPO on product performance insights, ensuring that data-driven decisions enhance both marketing and product outcomes. In addition, you will develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure that business data and reporting needs are met.

Main responsibilities:

  • CRM & Digital Analytics Strategy: Define and drive Heymondo’s CRM and digital analytics strategy, from CRM implementation to launching customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Automation: Deliver actionable insights by managing analytics, creating automated dashboards, and implementing robust reporting, testing, and automation to support marketing and product decisions.
  • Data Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Uphold high data quality and integrity while continuously integrating industry best practices.

Key activities / responsibilities to perform:

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Own, manage and optimise Heymondo’s CRM, ensuring seamless integrations, data accuracy, optimisation and personalization to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Design and execute personalised multichannel campaigns to enhance engagement and monetisation.
  • Launch and manage Heymondo’s loyalty program, defining KPIs and measuring customer retention.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance by managing customer data and collaborating with the legal team.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse customer behavior, retention, acquisition and LTV to guide strategic decisions.
  • Develop and optimise attribution models to measure marketing impact and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and deep-dives to optimise digital strategies.
  • Identify and analyse behaviors across Heymondo’s websites, app, and product interfaces to improve UX and conversion.
  • Provide data-driven insights to Product and Marketing teams for decision-making.

Reporting & Automation

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio to track key CRM, product, and marketing metrics.
  • Track and report key CRM and campaign performance metrics.
  • Define and create reporting structures to assess the impact of new developments and initiatives across marketing and product.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and optimise reporting processes.

Business & Strategy Support

  • Define measurement plans and KPIs to optimise marketing and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Digital Product and IT, to align CRM technical solutions with business objectives and customer experience improvements to drive revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.
  • Provide strategic insights to product teams by leveraging analytical frameworks and exploratory data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, data interpretation, and CRO techniques.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and optimizing CRM platforms.
  • Strong expertise in customer engagement, automation, experimentation, and mass communication tools.
  • Strong MySQL and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytical tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical implementations.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Passionate about travel.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies and loyalty programs from inception to execution is a significant advantage.

Schedule: Full Time

  • Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day).
  • 100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too).
