Multinational company specialising in the manufacturing of buttons, metal components, personalised jewellery, and fashion accessories for the global apparel, leather goods, and decoration industries. With operational units in Europe and Asia, they collaborate with their clients, offering expertise and creativity to bring their ideas and projects to life.


SALES:

  1. Propose an annual budget for each client and define product offering strategies.
  2. Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer expectations and identify new potential segments.
  3. Drive revenue growth, achieving annual sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with the President, Director, and back-office to develop commercial and marketing strategies that support clients.
  5. Work closely with clients to ensure an optimal balance between standard and seasonal products in the assortment.
  6. Provide high-quality customer service and collaborate with internal teams (technical office, production, logistics) to meet customer requests.
  7. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to analyse results against plans, update forecasts, and provide specific reports on commercial initiatives.
  8. Constantly monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  9. Conduct prospecting activities to expand the client portfolio.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

  1. Analyse collection briefs or client development requests.
  2. Prepare files for prototype launches.
  3. Act as an intermediary between the technical office and clients to follow project development.
  4. Monitor prototype production.
  5. Verify product conformity and quality.
  6. Ensure production deadlines for prototypes and orders are met.
  7. Calculate production costs in collaboration with the technical office.
  8. Study and optimise manufacturing costs.
  9. Industrialise prototypes for production.
  10. Resolve any unforeseen issues in collaboration with the technical office.
  11. Monitor billing.
