What you'll do:

Your primary role as the Sales Lead Manager will be to create and manage incoming requests from potential customers, guiding them through a journey from initial interest to becoming satisfied customers. By providing exceptional support and personalized experiences, you'll ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to drive conversions.
  2. Research buyers of potential Key Account customers.
  3. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams and operations to optimize lead generation efforts and enhance customer experience.
  5. Gain valuable experience with the opportunity to advance to an international team management role.

Who you are:

  1. You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  2. You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  3. You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.

  1. You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.
