Your main responsibility

  • Conduct hotel site inspections and host Fam/Press trips to convert visitors into brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate Fam/Press trips and group arrangements with Sales, Operations, and the IAN Sales Manager.
  • Promote Ikos Resorts to Spanish & Portuguese tour operators and luxury travel agents while the hotel is closed, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams with trade requests, complaints, content updates, and other sales-related matters.
  • Maintain and update hotel factsheets, website, TO brochures, and online presentations while responding to B2B partner inquiries.
  • Represent Ikos Resorts at local industry events, support future developments in Costa del Sol, and manage invoices and CRM updates.

Your main qualifications/skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury tourism or hospitality.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Economics, or Communications/Marketing.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral); additional language skills (German, Portuguese, French, or Russian) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
