Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech.

We are looking for a Sales Director, with a background in Telecommunications, with solid technical and sales experience in the radios and antennas sector.
He/She will be responsible for leading the commercial strategies of the company, establishing strong relationships with strategic customers such as Defense,
European Space Agency (ESA), Airbus and other key customers in the sector.

Tasks to be performed:

  1. Design and implement commercial strategies for the development of new business opportunities.
  2. Maintain and strengthen business relationships with key clients, especially government institutions and technology companies of high relevance.
  3. Represent the company in meetings, fairs and events related to aerospace, telecommunications and defense.
  4. Work closely with engineering departments to ensure that products and services meet customers' technical requirements.
  5. Perform market analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.

Required skills, experience and candidate profile:

  1. University Degree in Telecommunications, specialization in radio and antenna systems.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the telecommunications, defense and aerospace sector.
  3. Previous work experience with customers such as Defense, ESA or Airbus will be highly valued.
  4. Experience in radio frequency systems and antenna design.
  5. Knowledge of standards and regulations in telecommunications and defense.
  6. Leadership, strategic thinking and results orientation.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Proficient in English; other languages will be highly valued.
  9. The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU and must be able to travel to the US.
