Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives (AEs) in the UKI market. This role requires a self-starter with a dynamic personality and a knack for reaching decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  2. Develop new business opportunities via telephone, email, and social media to introduce our solution and identify potential buyers.
  3. Follow up on leads and provide status updates.
  4. Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and align our solutions accordingly.
  5. Identify key decision-makers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  6. Cultivate relationships with prospects through consistent communication, advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  7. Collaborate with the SDR TL and AEs to develop and grow the sales pipeline, consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  8. Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  9. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Knowledge and interest in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency.
  3. Passionate about Energy and Sustainability.
  4. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  5. Strong networking abilities to access decision-makers within client organizations.
  6. Team player.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  8. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is preferred.
  9. Previous experience in an SDR role in a SaaS B2B company is preferred but not essential.
