At Triskell Software, we develop a SaaS solution for PPM management for companies. Our mission is to empower businesses through our solution to align the execution of their projects, products, and initiatives with business strategies. We provide tools that ensure value delivery and resource optimization, to increase the quality delivered to their customers and accelerate time to market and return on investment.

Job Mission

Generate new business opportunities and qualify them for the sales team (Inside Sales) for both existing and new customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Generate new qualified leads through various channels: LinkedIn, cold calling, emailing, social media, etc.
  2. Manage and follow up weekly on a portfolio of leads.
  3. Continuous collaboration with the marketing department.
  4. Study industry trends and best practices in lead generation at both national and international levels, and then apply this knowledge to new techniques within the organization.

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in sales departments selling PPM products.
  2. Professional level (HIGH) of English.
  3. Creativity, organization, and planning.
  4. Objective-oriented work towards annual goals.

What We Offer

Salary Range: €25,000 + Performance-Based Variable Compensation (up to 40% of base salary).

Incorporation into a stable and continuously growing project.

40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.

Flexible hours and hybrid work model.

Indefinite contract with fixed + variable compensation based on commercial objectives.

Annual budget for training and personal development programs.

We Value

  1. Experience in sales teams for enterprise software solutions aimed at medium and large companies.
  2. Experience in sales teams with solutions in the area of Project Portfolio Management.
  3. Experience collaborating with marketing departments: campaigns, events, webinars, etc.
  4. Knowledge or familiarity with project management methodologies and related topics (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMBOK, OKR, etc.).
  5. Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience in SaaS B2B.
