Minimum Requirements:

  • A university degree is mandatory either in business with a technical background or industrial engineering with sales experience.
  • Experience in a Sales role (0.5 - 2 years), ideally outbound sales in a tech business with hands-on skills in technology and familiarity with IT and software solutions.
  • Spanish market knowledge (Catalonia and rest of Spain).
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, openness to learning, and willingness to explore new topics.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is a must. German language proficiency is a plus.
  • Enjoy acquiring new customers, networking, and understanding customer value chain concepts.
  • Demonstrate good management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects, align with organizational values, and exhibit strong technical selling skills.

What Can You Expect?

  • Research, identify, and approach key decision-makers in potential customer organizations, and generate leads for Business Development Managers (BDM).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and develop compelling value propositions for those potential clients.
  • Report to BDM, update and manage sales activities, opportunities, and account data in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet sales-related KPIs by addressing the prospects' needs by showing potential clients INVENSITY’s benefits through multiple communication channels.
  • Build trust and engagement with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and persuade them through effective communication techniques.
  • Efficiently manage leads, ensuring a consistent volume of revenue opportunities each month and maintaining high-quality client information in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM to develop and implement an efficient acquisition strategy for the assigned area, working at a fast pace with large prospect volumes.
  • Contribute to company-wide objectives and the development of a fast-growing startup, playing a pivotal role in INVENSITY’s expansion.
