We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive efficiency in our Sales team. If you're eager to develop your skills and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Support: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Research & Strategy: Research potential clients and understand their business needs. Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for improving prospecting efficiency.
- KPIs: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, emails, and meetings booked.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or a related field is required. 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships and part-time jobs count!).
- Skills & Mindset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. A proactive and results-driven attitude. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish.
