We’re looking for a Barcelona based dynamic, resolutive and customer centric Sales Data Analyst Support for our Team in Iberia.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

In this position, you will:

  1. Track and monitor relevant sales data through Tableau and Power BI (volumes, routes, performance, etc.) and provide standard/adhoc reports.
  2. Produce regular (weekly, monthly) and on-demand reporting on the sales team activity and performance by gathering the Team’s activities reflected on the CRM (HubSpot) and from direct sales reps feedback.
  3. Work closely with the Sales Teams and monitor the quality of the HubSpot CRM data (accuracy, update, follow-up). You will also work with the Marketing Team on sales campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, customer segmentation techniques and CRM usage.

Well, what will the requirements be?

Qualification

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2/3+ years) in Data Management Tools (Tableau & Power BI) as well as in CRM Tools (HubSpot).
  3. Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  4. Experience in customer segmentation, campaigns management, and customer journey mapping.
