What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluency in either one of the following European Languages: Italian, French or Spanish and professional English
2. Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. Experience in IT recruitment or sales, with a passion for the technology industry
4. Ability to grow client relationships and expand business opportunities
5. Motivation to learn and succeed in a supportive, high-energy environment
6. Proficiency in sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter (a plus, but not mandatory)
