We are looking for a Sales Associate to work with us at Plaza Cataluña ECI, Barcelona, for 8 hours a week in the "El Corte Inglés" corner on Sundays.

• Temporary long-term coverage,
• Weekly rotating schedules.
• 8-hour weekly contract. Sundays and holidays.
• Experience in a similar role (luxury or premium retail).
• Experience in stores within stores (El Corte Inglés).
• High level of English. B2 - C1.

What you can expect:

• Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximize every sales opportunity to achieve the store's sales targets and individual KPI indicators.
• Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions.
• Be able to answer inquiries about price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
• Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in retail sales and tailoring in a luxury brand environment.
• Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
• Always presents a professional image.
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.
• Professionalism maintained in all circumstances.
• Fluent in English or another language.
