About you

Being a key part of the team, you will influence both internally and externally to deliver the commercial priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key focus will be:

  1. Working closely with the KAM’s Team, developing new wow: anaplán (internal), reporting, finance control, rebates, promotions (ROI’s), promo optimization, distribution, opportunities and risks analysis, logistics, etc.
  2. Completing pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities.
  3. Managing and delivering regular clear updates to key business processes e.g. monthly performance review, annual Bottom Up Plan creation, etc.
  4. Partnering closely and building alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply chain.
  5. Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts (with Owned &/or Franchised stores).
  6. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands. Elevating Customer voice internally to ensure the creation of an Insight-led plan.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. The ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
  2. Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  3. Competence in using PowerPoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
  4. The ability to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive the rate of sale and distribution of our brands.

The following experiences are preferred:

  1. Fluency in English.
  2. Experience in project leadership roles in an international environment.
  3. Experience in multiple Tech Services.
