In Astek Iberia we are looking to expand the purchasing team of our partner in the IT Travel B2B sector.

The objective is to support in the implementation of electronic invoicing accounts payable and integration with Source to Pay Processes.

Your mission, if you accept :

• Leading the implementation and integration of e-invoicing solutions within the Accounts Payable area of the Source to Pay stream.
• Ensuring that the e-invoicing system meets global and local regulatory standards.
• Working with the corporate e-invoicing team and sharing lessons learned from previous e-invoicing implementations.
• Collaborating with Application Owners of Source to Pay to design and customize the solutions per country, taking into account the future monitoring and reporting of the process.
• Working hand in hand with Purchasing to onboard and educate vendors on the new e-invoicing system.
• Training and managing change to ensure smooth transitions, particularly with Finance Services Centers.

Who are you?

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, and Microsoft Dynamics, as well as P2P tools implementation (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua).
• Ability to manage change effectively within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions during ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Strong Accounting background, especially in e-invoicing European regulations.
• A high level of English is required; if you speak French, even better!
