Could you be the full-time Safety Assurance Engineer in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role:

You'll perform the activities (under the governance/guidance of the PSAM) related to safety assurance in the projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, etc.), have a working knowledge of Safety Methods: Safety Plan, Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Interface Hazard Analysis (IHA), Operation & Support Hazard Analysis (OSHA), Safety related Item List (SRIL), Hazard Log (HL), V&V Safety Report, and Safety Case and much more.

  1. Attend periodic Safety Reviews
  2. Support actions contributing to close the findings of the assessors (Internal or External)

All about you:

  1. Engineering degree.
  2. Specific training in Railway Safety Domain.
  3. Minimum 3 years in Safety Assurance in connected Railway Signalling Safety Projects (IXL and/or ERTMS track and/or ERTMS ONB and/or CBTC).
  4. Spanish and English are mandatory.
  5. French is desired.
  6. Successful experience in working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment.
