As the RRP Digital Retention Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our digital strategy for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP). Your main focus will be to enhance consumer engagement through an integrated online and offline approach.

Position purpose

  • Strategy Implementation: Help execute our digital ecosystem strategy, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for consumers.
  • Consumer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to onboard, engage, and retain consumers, including managing local loyalty programs and digital communities.
  • Campaign Execution: Bring creative digital campaign ideas to life and ensure they effectively connect online and offline channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously track and analyze digital performance metrics to understand user behavior and refine strategies.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Collaborate in implementing our digital brand marketing strategy by defining and translating brand requirements into actionable digital and CRM objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance digital consumer retention and loyalty, manage our CRM for growing consumer bases, and drive digital campaign briefs and planning sessions to meet marketing goals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the RRP Loyalty Program, ensuring it connects with key consumer touchpoints across the Iberia market.
  • Build a strong consumer data strategy with effective content plans. Analyze and interpret data to guide online strategies, boost sales, and drive consumer data growth.
  • Ensure that all digital channels meet brand requirements and align with overall strategic objectives, both short-term and long-term.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Experience Management, CRM, Digital, or a related field (a Master’s degree in a similar area is a plus).
  • 5+ years in developing digital brand strategies with a focus on performance and lower-funnel marketing, ideally in Food, FMCG, Tobacco, or digital agencies. Experience in other industries will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistics to drive marketing automation and personalization.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing loyalty programs, with demonstrated positive growth results.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools and loyalty platforms (Open Loyalty) is an asset.
  • Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Highly curious, detail-oriented, and flexible in adapting to new challenges.
