What we look for? We are looking for an experienced Senior .Net Developer to play a critical role in driving Azure-based projects, ensuring optimal solution architecture, and mentoring our team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will help define, structure, and implement solutions while also training and guiding our internal team in areas where they have limited experience. This is a 100% remote position for people located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the team on Azure technologies Durable Functions. Guide the team in adopting best practices for cloud-native development.
2. Database Architecture: Help structure and decide between SQL and NoSQL database solutions based on business and technical requirements, ensuring the most effective and scalable design.
3. Solution Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions using various Azure services and tools to meet business needs.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical leadership to ensure the team has the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver key projects. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously integrate innovative solutions into our projects.
7. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, databases, and overall solution architecture, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal performance.

Mandatory requirements:

1. Proven experience in Azure cloud technologies, Durable Functions, Blob Storage.
2. Experience in C#, .Net Core, .Net Framework.
3. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.).
4. Experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed technical decisions based on business requirements and constraints.
6. Demonstrated ability to train and mentor teams on new technologies and development practices.
7. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. 5+ years of experience in a similar role or a related field.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Desirable Skills:

1. Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
2. Experience with additional Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
