Revenue & Market Analyst

Our client, a leading Private Equity fund based in Barcelona, is seeking an Associate to join their international investment team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on small / mid-cap PE deals across Western Europe and the US.

Requirements :

3-4 years of professional experience in private equity or investment banking.

Fluency in English and French is mandatory (Spanish not required).

Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.

Proven track record of working in high-paced, international environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities :

Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential investments.

Support the due diligence process and assist in deal execution.

Help prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Monitor portfolio companies and assist in the development of value creation plans.

Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors across Western Europe and the US.
