The Retail Media, Delivery Excellence Sr Manager's role is to execute the business strategy defined by the Practice and supported by the Product, by adapting the operating model and the service levels accordingly. You are a skilled Program Manager who oversees the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's business strategy. You’ll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal clients and business practices, who is able to launch and monitor processes that contribute efficiently to a given business strategy. The Delivery Excellence Sr Manager is in direct contact with the Practice Leader and/or representatives from their team. They will work with the practice to understand the business strategy and validate the impact on:
The delivery operating model, owning the following processes and related deliverables:
The Service Levels, owning the following processes and related deliverables:
They will then implement the changes, either by leading the projects directly or by coordinating projects led by other people.
With the support of the Delivery Operations process owners, they will define what is required in terms of:
They will work with the leaders from all the teams impacted by those processes to align them on the global strategy: Regional Ops and GCOC leaders /Regional Sales leaders /Enablement teams leaders.
They will either lead the relevant projects themselves or coordinate them, depending on their bandwidth and the state of the global organization.
