About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to design, develop, and maintain our backend systems, ensuring a seamless experience for users engaging with our automatic highlight generation platform. You'll collaborate closely with our product, design, and AI teams to create robust, scalable solutions that bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails.
2. Collaborate with frontend developers and AI specialists to integrate cutting-edge machine learning models into the platform.
3. Optimize application performance and ensure the platform is robust and reliable.
4. Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews.
5. Ensure the security and scalability of all backend systems.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3 years of experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
2. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
3. Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and familiarity with database optimization techniques.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
5. Passion for sports and interest in AI-driven solutions is a bonus.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
