Reservations Manager - Premium Wellness Clinic

The Reservations Manager will:

• Lead and manage the clinic reservations team.
• Ensure all booking procedures are adhered to and all enquiries are responded to promptly.
• Help develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize room occupancy rates.
• Engage with guests, providing a high level of customer service and handling any complaints or issues efficiently.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Train and mentor team members to maximize their potential and performance.
• Monitor and report on reservation metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external tourism partners.

A successful Reservations Manager should have:

• Previous experience leading a reservations department.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills (at least 2-3 people team).
• A commercial and customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle complaints and issues effectively.
• Adeptness in using reservation systems and software.
