Reservations Manager - Premium Wellness Clinic
Location: Alicante, Spain
Type: Permanent
The Reservations Manager will:
- Lead and manage the clinic reservations team.
- Ensure all booking procedures are adhered to and all enquiries are responded to promptly.
- Help develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize room occupancy rates.
- Engage with guests, providing a high level of customer service and handling any complaints or issues efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Train and mentor team members to maximize their potential and performance.
- Monitor and report on reservation metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external tourism partners.
A successful Reservations Manager should have:
- Previous experience leading a reservations department.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills (at least 2-3 people team).
- A commercial and customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle complaints and issues effectively.
- Adeptness in using reservation systems and software.
