Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a thorough analysis of search result performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
2. Review and rate the relevance and quality of search engine results to ensure they meet user expectations.
3. Collaborate with data teams to offer insights and recommendations for algorithm enhancements.
4. Implement quality assurance to regularly test and validate search engine outputs.
5. Prepare detailed reports on search performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Native-level Spanish and a strong understanding of Spanish culture and online trends.
2. Proficiency in English for communication and reporting purposes.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Experience in the AI industry would be preferable but not essential.
2. Familiar with search engines and data analysis.
3. Appetite for quality and good at providing feedback.
4. Hands-on experience with search engine evaluation and optimization would be beneficial.
5. Any qualification in data analysis, search engine optimization, or related field would be very beneficial.
